Had an awesome time. The whole crew at ChileTour is awesome. Would definitely recommend using them for anyone doing the w trek. One of the coolest experiences I have ever had.

We had an amazing experience, they provide lots of food and take care of their guests very well!

Great tour! Everyone working here is amazing from the owner to directors to tour guides! Treated us way too well. I want to come back and join these guys again!

We had an amazing experience doing the W-Trek classic, we thoroughly enjoyed it and we would highly recommend it to others! The following are “even better ifs” - the experience was great but it could be even better if one or two things were improved. I hope this is helpful feedback! 1 - the stay at Amarga Lake was not great, it was advertised as rooms of 2/3 with private bathrooms but couples were forced to split up because of the room allocations, some bathrooms had no toilet paper and others had faulty showers. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms. 2 - at Camping Francés a single male and single female were forced to share a tent as our group had 8 people (2 couples, a group of 3 women and a single man). While fortunately this wasn’t too big of an issue for our group, it unnecessarily created an at best awkward at worst and dangerous situation. 3 - Whilst the food at “El Brisket” restaurant - where we ate for the first and last night of the tour - was delicious, the staff were very inflexible. They seemed incapable of offering any alternatives for those who didn’t want exactly what was included in our pre-paid options. For example, on “pizza night” if you didn’t want pizza and chose meat instead, you had to pay full price rather than paying the difference.

It was a really nice experience and well organised by the team in the Garden Domes! The first day up to the base of the Torres del Paine was packed with people but after that it got a lot less busy! Beautiful views most of the way. Surprisingly good food at the refugios. Even the one night in the raised tents was super comfortable! Nice to get to know the group of people on the same tour during our stays in the refugios even though we could keep our own pace during the day because it was self-guided. No problem to navigate but it was nice to have the treks on the AllTrails app as well. One in our group had to turn back early due to a prior injury but that was handled really well by the team! A nice experience to not have mobile signal for 5 days and the WiFi in most refugios being prohibitively expensive so you actually talk to people instead of being on your phone! I highly recommend this tour!

We traveled in January 2024 with ChileTour Patagonia on the W Trek Classic, we highly recommend them! From Eason's introductory email and checklist, to Gonzalo's attention to detail in making our trek arrangements easy, and Ricci's hospitality with our welcome and farewell dinners, everything was handled so you can concentrate on the trek. All the lodges were good, we especially loved our cabin after the first day of hiking, as our party had it all to ourselves! For what you pay, ChileTour Patagonia was a great value, and we would recommend any travelers to the Torres del Paine National Park make ChileTour Patagonia your first stop!

We had such a wonderful time hiking the W, but that will happen regardless of how you book this trek. What Ricci and his crew do is; bend over backwards to make one feel welcome and at home. We were greeted with smiles off our bus from El Calafate, taken to awe inspiring views and a cup of tea at the garden domes and then gathered together to make a new little trekking family through a delicious meal at their restaurant Le Brisket. Coming off the trail was just as relaxing and refreshing, but most importantly filled with pizza! I would 100% work with this crew again and recommend them to all my friends and family. Not always prompt, but if you contact them through Whatsapp they will get back to you! There are a lot of moving pieces that the ChileTour crew is always juggling because they fits their service to the groups coming in; and all the problems that can arise from different people coming from different directions. However, I always trusted and they always provided everything we needed. Just reach out to them!
