We booked the W-trek express with ChiliTour in October. After pick up on the first day we started with a briefing (were you can ask all your questions) and a wonderfull welcome diner. Since we did the express trek at the beginning of the season, we didnt have to share our cabin; which was really nice. During the whole stay, Richie and his team took care of us really well; the food was exceptionally good and everyone was super helpful and friendly! Since 3 full days of hiking is tough, it was so comfortable that we didnt have to think about food (fresh breakfast everyday, boxed lunch and multiple course diners), transport (private transfers!) and accommodation. Richie has a very well organized business and thought about every detail to make this experience great. The addition own sleeping cabins/tents and having dinner at his restaurant, el Brisket, really complements the whole trekking. The price also is really good, since we heard what people who did plan and book everything for themselves paid and that sure wasn’t cheaper, let alone the time they had to spend to research everything. Amazing experience!! Ricci went above and beyond and had great communication throughout my entire stay. The bed in the garden dome was extremely comfortable and the food at their restaurant was incredible. Highly recommend!!

I strongly recommend the winter W trek. There is no other person in the park and you enjoy the whole patagonia. Credit to our guide José who love to chat with us and share his experience! He is very helpful and experienced in handling situations when hiking in the trek! The Dome is also awesome and comfortable which allow us to better charge ourselves for the next day walk! The owner Richi is so very hospitable and cook scrumptious breakfast for our hike. Delicacies from El Brisket are also masterpiece that enriched our stomach!

The trip was amazing, the tour guides were all great. The only downside is I never received my refund for a glacier tour that was canceled due to the weather. I reached out many times and they kept saying I should get it back soon and now it as been 6 weeks and no refund.
