It was a great hiking. Not very easy but worth it.

Our recent W Trek with ChileTour Patagonia was terrific. As a mom traveling with two daughters, I really appreciated how well organized everything was. Communication before and during the trip was responsive, clear, and reassuring, which made the logistics feel effortless. We joined a guided group for our first day, which was a great way to get oriented. For the remaining four days, we hiked independently with the support of clear briefings and well-structured logistics. On our final day in Puerto Natales, one member of our group became unwell, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We highly recommend ChileTour Patagonia for a smooth, enjoyable Patagonia adventure.

The W-Treck really was a dream come true and we want to thank you for the great organisation of this trip. The drivers were always on time, super friendly, the food was great and everything always went smoothly. The only thing we have to criticize is the Katamaran boat which takes you back from Paine Grande. On our arrival day we were given tickets that listed the timeslot 11:20 am. We were ensured that this is only a "formal thing" and our ticket is actually valid for 5pm, the boat's driver is someone the company knows well and that we won't have any issues getting on this Katamaran. On that said day we hiked back from Grey to Paine Grande and arrived at around 12pm. That means we had almost 5 hours time to kill until "our Katamaran" left. When the time came we lined up and were told off from the boat since our ticket said 11:20am. What annoyed us about this was not the missed boat itself but the bad communication from your side. You probably have this issue a lot and I'm sure people with tickets from other timeslots ofentimes do make it on the boat. However, we paid a big amount of money and that also far in advance (September 2025). Therefore, we also expected the right tickets. And since you gave us the 11:20am tickets you could have just honestly told us that we need to catch the boat at that time, we would have gotten up an hour early and caught it without any hassle for anyone. It just doesn't leave a good impression on us that you obvisously know about this issue and still blantly told us conflicting information - because in our case the luck with the Catamaran didn't work out and we had to wait another hour. Also another thing is that at Nicole's range we shared a room with another guy from the tour. That we sleep in shared accomodations during the treck (like Paine Grande or Grey) was clear to us, however, we did expect a private room at your property since that was how it was listed on your website. And from the capacity it would have worked to give each of us a single room. For us it wasn't uncomfortable but after a long day of hiking you do crave some privacy if that's what you paid for :) Still, these are just two minor complaints maybe for you to improve in the future. Besides that again a big thank you for everything because 99% of the time it was just smooth and amazing and very well organized which is why I would always recommend you guys to future travellers. So thanks and best regards from Team Austria!

Our trip with Chile Tour Patagonia couldn't have been better for both organisation and friendliness. The accommodation was genuine as was the hospitality and Richie's care over our well-being and travel arrangements couldn't be bettered. I would recommend anyone, indeed I will be telling my son to do the trip with CTP, to book with these guys with complete confidence. Thanks Guys. John & Angela

Really enjoyed this experience! ChileTour was organized and professional. It was great to have all our meals and tents booked at the Refugios. At the last minute, we decided we didn’t want to carry sleeping bags and mats. They updated all of our arrangements for us. I also forgot to bring a smaller day park and was lent one by ChileTour and that was such a lifesaver! The first two lunches, packed for us by ChileTour, were really good. All lunches-both the ones from ChileTour and the ones from the park- included snacks like trail mix and protein bars too. The guides the first day were really great. My complaint is that the hike the first day was a really big group of all different fitness levels. It made the hike take a long time, and we had expected a smaller group. All of the bookings on the actual hike went smoothly and it was all straight forward and easy. The welcome dinner and pizza the last night were both very good too. Great experience overall and well worth the money for the convenience of not having to book everything yourself. Plus, info given at the briefing and from guides on the first day were so valuable and made the more solo part of the trek way easier.

We traveled in January 2024 with ChileTour Patagonia on the W Trek Classic, we highly recommend them! From Eason's introductory email and checklist, to Gonzalo's attention to detail in making our trek arrangements easy, and Ricci's hospitality with our welcome and farewell dinners, everything was handled so you can concentrate on the trek. All the lodges were good, we especially loved our cabin after the first day of hiking, as our party had it all to ourselves! For what you pay, ChileTour Patagonia was a great value, and we would recommend any travelers to the Torres del Paine National Park make ChileTour Patagonia your first stop!

We had such a wonderful time hiking the W, but that will happen regardless of how you book this trek. What Ricci and his crew do is; bend over backwards to make one feel welcome and at home. We were greeted with smiles off our bus from El Calafate, taken to awe inspiring views and a cup of tea at the garden domes and then gathered together to make a new little trekking family through a delicious meal at their restaurant Le Brisket. Coming off the trail was just as relaxing and refreshing, but most importantly filled with pizza! I would 100% work with this crew again and recommend them to all my friends and family. Not always prompt, but if you contact them through Whatsapp they will get back to you! There are a lot of moving pieces that the ChileTour crew is always juggling because they fits their service to the groups coming in; and all the problems that can arise from different people coming from different directions. However, I always trusted and they always provided everything we needed. Just reach out to them!
